These terms apply to all apps published by Ash Aqua Vision on Google Play:
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application published by Ash Aqua Vision ("we", "us", "our"), you ("user", "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ash Aqua Vision.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our apps. If you are under 13, you may not download or use any of our applications. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications on your personal Android device strictly for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Some of our apps offer premium features through in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All billing is processed through Google Play and managed via RevenueCat as our subscription management platform.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on the plan you selected) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Free Trials: Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Refunds: All purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Google Play support.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the date of the price change. Your continued use after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Free versions of our apps display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and Unity Ads. These ads help us keep the apps free for all users.
Ad personalization is governed by your device's advertising settings and your Google ad preferences. You can adjust your ad personalization preferences through your device settings or by visiting Google Ads Settings.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within our apps.
Your privacy is important to us. Each of our apps has its own detailed privacy policy that explains what data is collected (if any), how it is used, and how it is protected. We encourage you to read the relevant privacy policy for each app you use:
In general, our apps are designed to process data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal documents, scans, photos, or files to any external server unless explicitly stated in the relevant app's privacy policy.
All content within our apps — including but not limited to the app design, user interface, graphics, icons, logos, code, text, and any related documentation — is the property of Ash Aqua Vision and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Ash Aqua Vision name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Some of our apps allow you to save, download, or share content such as documents, images, or media files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable copyright laws and the intellectual property rights of others.
Status Saver: This app allows you to save publicly shared WhatsApp Business statuses to your device. The content of these statuses belongs to the original creators. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp in any way, and we do not encourage the unauthorized distribution or misuse of other users' content. Use this feature responsibly and respect others' rights.
Our apps rely on third-party services and SDKs to function. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies that apply to your use. Key third-party services include:

EMF Detector: This app uses your phone's built-in magnetic sensor to detect electromagnetic fields. It is intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only. It is not a calibrated scientific instrument and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, or safety-related measurements.
WiFi Analyzer: Network signal strength readings, speed test results, and device scanning results are approximate and may vary depending on your device hardware, network conditions, and environment. This app is intended as an informational tool and does not guarantee precise measurements.
Status Saver: This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta in any way. It is an independent utility that accesses publicly shared status content stored on your device.
PDF Scanner: Scanned documents are processed entirely on your device. The quality of scans depends on your device's camera, lighting conditions, and document placement. OCR text extraction is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be 100% accurate.
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ash Aqua Vision and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or have used our apps in a manner that could cause harm to us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, services, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our apps after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
